2025 San Marcos Academy - Spring 2025

For Bronco Division, 11U and 12U players, we are excited to announce the launch of the new SMYB Academy.  This program has been designed for players that are looking for more competitive development opportunities beyond Rec programs, but who are not playing for a SMYB Stallion or Travel team. 

 

For this first season, we'll be testing the program for 11U and 12U players.  

 

The primary goal for the program will be to develop players in a team workout environment with practices primarily being held on Sundays at Bradley Fields. (Subject to change based on managers and field availability.) In order to ensure a competitive environment, there will be an initial assessment that will be announced by each of the respective managers for the division.  It is not expected that Academy teams will compete in tournaments.  If selected for the Academy, there will be a fee to cover the cost of a hat, practice jersey, and other basic expenses, currently projected for $75 for the season.

Registration Opens 11/1

Shetland pricing is $150.  Pinto through Pony is $200. A $15 sibling discount will be applied.

Spring registration will close when filled or 1/03/25, whichever comes first.

If a division is full, and you are placed on a waitlist, SMYB will email you if a spot opens up.  You will have a limited amount of time to lock in slot by completing payment before we move on to the next child in line.  A child must drop from enrollment in order for a spot to open as we do allow registration to maximum capacity.  Drops can happen from now until Jan 12th. 

***NOTE: Friend requests are not accepted in ANY division other than Shetland. SMYB does not accept requests for practice days or times. Requests submitted will not be reviewed.
